Ingredients

1 cup of puffed rice

1 cup of chopped tomato

1 cup of chopped onion

40 grams of chopped cilantro

2 potatoes

4 chopped green chiles

1 tablespoon of grated ginger

1 tablespoon of garam masala

6 tablespoons of tamarind chutney

6 tablespoons of cilantro leaves

2 tablespoons of lemon juice

1 cup of nimkis

1 cup of gol gappas

Preparation

Step 1 : Mix the puffed rice with the tomatoes and onions.

Step 2 : Peel, boil, mash, and drain the potatoes, then mix them with the ingredients from the previous step.

Step 3 : Add the seasonings and mix everything until well combined.

Step 4 : Crush the nimkis and gol gappas, then add them to the mixture.

Step 5 : Add salt to taste and serve with lemon juice and finely chopped cilantro on top.
