Chana Masala
Ingredients
2 cups of cooked chickpeas
3 garlic cloves
1 onion
1 tablespoon of grated ginger
1 tablespoon of tomato paste
1 teaspoon of garam masala
1 teaspoon of cilantro seeds
1 teaspoon of turmeric
1 teaspoon of cumin
1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons of chopped fresh cilantro
2 cups of water
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tablespoon of salt
1 tablespoon of black pepper

Step 1 : Start by peeling and chopping the onion and garlic.
Step 2 : Then, heat a bit of oil in a skillet and add the chopped onions and garlic.
Step 3 : Add the ginger and wait for it to start browning before incorporating the tomato paste and spices.
Step 4 : Add one cup of water and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes until it reduces slightly.
