Ingredients

15 grams of Fresh grated ginger

4 Garlic cloves

5 teaspoons of Lemon juice

2 teaspoons of Ground cumin

2 tablespoons of Oil

1 teaspoon of Chili powder

1 teaspoon of Garam masala

1 tablespoon of Salt

1 teaspoon of Ground black pepper

400 grams of Chicken breasts

1 Puff pastry sheet

100 grams of Flour

2 Eggs

1 Onion

1 Tomato

60 grams of Chopped fresh cilantro

10 grams of Fresh mint leaves

25 grams of Pistachio

1 tablespoon of Salt

1 Green chili

Preparation

Step 1 : In a bowl, combine the grated ginger, finely chopped garlic, garam masala, cumin, black pepper, salt, lemon juice, oil, and water.

Step 2 : Set this mixture aside.

Step 3 : Remove the skin from the chicken and cut into cubes, then add to the bowl with the marinade mixture and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours; leaving it overnight is recommended if possible.

Step 4 : Cut the tomato into thick slices and the onion into rings, and set aside.

Step 5 : Beat the eggs and set aside.

Step 6 : Cut the puff pastry into circles of about 10 or 12 cm, dust both sides with a little flour, and stretch to enlarge the circles.

Step 7 : Once prepared, heat oil in a skillet and cook the pastry circles until golden on both sides.

Step 8 : Pour the beaten eggs over the dough with a spoon, cook on both sides, then remove from the skillet and set aside on a plate.

Step 9 : In a blender, mix the fresh cilantro, lemon juice, mint leaves, pistachios, salt, and chili until smooth.

Step 10 : In a pan with oil, sauté the marinated chicken cubes until cooked, then remove from the pan.

Step 11 : To assemble the rolls, place a spoonful of the chicken mixture and herb chutney in the center of a dough circle, add a little tomato and onion, roll up, and serve.
