Kebab Reshmi
Ingredients
500 grams of Boneless chicken breast
1 cup of Yogurt
1 tablespoon of Grated ginger
1 tablespoon of Garlic paste
1 tablespoon of Cashews
1 tablespoon of Almonds
1 teaspoon of Lemon juice
2 tablespoons of Cream
1 teaspoon of Red chili powder
1 teaspoon of Ground black pepper
2 tablespoons of Chopped cilantro leaves
1 tablespoon of Oil
1 tablespoon of Salt
Preparation
Step 1 : Cut the chicken into evenly sized cubes and soak the almonds in water for 20 minutes to remove their skins, then set aside.
Step 2 : In a bowl, mix the yogurt, grated ginger, garlic paste, cream, salt, lemon juice, chopped cilantro, and spices.
Step 3 : Then, make a paste with the almonds and cashews to add to the previous mixture.
Step 4 : Add oil to the yogurt mixture and stir well to marinate the chicken.
Step 5 : Let the mixture rest for at least an hour.
Step 6 : Next, preheat the oven to maximum for 5 minutes and insert the assembled skewers.
Step 7 : Cook in the oven for 20 to 30 minutes or until ready.
Step 8 : Finally, remove the skewers and serve with cilantro chutney on top.
