Onion Bhaji

The Onion Bhaji is a delicious starter from Indian cuisine, where thin strips of onion are mixed with a batter made of chickpea flour, egg, yogurt, spices, and lemon, then deep-fried until crispy and golden. A combination of flavors and textures that makes it a perfect option to share.

The onions are transformed into rings and strips, then mixed with a combination of egg, yogurt, spices, and lemon juice.

The chickpea flour gives them a crispy texture when fried in hot oil.

Once golden, they are served with a smile at the table.
