Cardamom Lassi
Ingredients
1 cup of yogurt
1 teaspoon of saffron strands
1 tablespoon of ground cardamom
1 tablespoon of rose water
100 grams of sugar
2 tablespoons of chopped pistachios
2 tablespoons of chopped almonds
1 cup of milk
1 cup of ice cubes
Preparation
Step 1 : In a saucepan, heat half of the milk and add the saffron and cardamom.
Step 2 : Once done, stir the mixture and turn off the heat.
Step 3 : In another bowl, mix the chopped pistachios and almonds, reserving them for later.
Step 4 : Place the milk with the spices in a blender and add the rest of the milk, sugar, and yogurt.
Step 5 : Blend until the mixture has a creamy consistency.
Step 6 : Add the rose water, ice, and blend again.
