8 Cucumbers
4 Carrots
6 teaspoons of Shallots
3 Green peppers
3 Red peppers
4 tablespoons of Salt
100 milliliters of Water
125 grams of Sugar
250 milliliters of Vinegar

Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, start by peeling the cucumbers, removing the seeds, and cutting them into equal strips.
Step 2 : Then, peel and cut the carrots into thin sticks, and also peel and quarter the shallots.
Step 3 : In a pot, mix the salt, water, sugar, and vinegar, and cook this mixture until it boils.
Step 4 : Once it boils, reduce the heat to low and add the vegetables.
