Ingredients

3 potatoes

1 tomato

1 onion

1 tablespoon of garam masala

2 teaspoons of lemon juice

1 teaspoon of chopped cilantro

1 cup of oil

Preparation

Step 1 : Peel the potatoes and cut into pieces.

Step 2 : Fry in hot oil until golden.

Step 3 : Then, place on absorbent paper to remove excess oil.

Step 4 : Meanwhile, cut the tomato into cubes and peel and slice the onions into strips.

Step 5 : Mix with the fried potatoes.

Step 6 : Season the mixture and add garam masala for flavor.

Step 7 : Finally, squeeze lemon juice over the preparation and mix everything together.

Step 8 : Serve the dish with chopped cilantro on top for decoration.
