Ingredients

250 grams of boneless chicken

1 egg white

2 tablespoons of cornstarch

1 tablespoon of rice flour

1 cup of oil for frying

1 teaspoon of chopped garlic

1 teaspoon of grated ginger

2 teaspoons of ground chili

1 tablespoon of yogurt

1 teaspoon of pepper

1 teaspoon of turmeric

3 curry leaves

1 teaspoon of salt

1 teaspoon of cumin

2 green chilies sliced into strips

1 teaspoon of sugar

2 chopped garlic

1 teaspoon of salt

2 tablespoons of vinegar

Preparation

Step 1 : Vinegar is mixed with chopped garlic, ginger, one teaspoon of ground chili, salt, turmeric, pepper, and 2 chopped curry leaves.

Step 2 : This mixture is set aside.

Step 3 : Then, the chicken is added to the previous mixture and marinated for about half an hour.

Step 4 : Subsequently, a little flour is sprinkled over the marinade and egg white is added, mixing well.

Step 5 : The yogurt is beaten and set aside.

Step 6 : In a pan, heat oil to fry the chicken until golden, then place on absorbent paper.

Step 7 : Fry the curry leaves and set aside for garnish.

Step 8 : In the same pan, heat a tablespoon of oil and add cumin, chopped garlic, curry leaves, and green chilies.

Step 9 : Additionally, incorporate more garlic, ground chili, sugar, yogurt, and salt, stirring constantly.

Step 10 : When the mixture thickens, add the fried chicken and cook for 5 minutes over medium heat.

Step 11 : To serve, garnish with lemon slices and curry leaves.
