4 chicken breasts

2 onions

3 garlic cloves

200 grams of tomato puree

2 tablespoons of curry

1 cup of coconut milk

1 tablespoon of chopped cilantro

1 tablespoon of olive oil

1 teaspoon of salt

1 teaspoon of black pepper

1 tablespoon of coconut oil

Preparation

Step 1 : In a skillet, heat coconut oil and add the cut chicken breasts, sear them and set aside.

Step 2 : Then, reduce the heat to low and add more coconut oil, along with chopped onion and garlic.

Step 3 : Season with salt and pepper, and cook for 10 minutes.

Step 4 : Next, add the tomato puree and curry, mix everything and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
