5 Hard-boiled eggs

2 tablespoons of Oil

2 Pelleted and chopped onions

3 Chopped tomatoes

1 Chopped green chili

1 Chopped garlic clove

1 teaspoon of Grated ginger

1 tablespoon of Salt

1 cup of Water

1 tablespoon of Chopped cilantro

1 teaspoon of Fenugreek leaves

1 teaspoon of Sugar

4 tablespoons of Cream

1 Bay leaf

1 teaspoon of Powdered cinnamon

2 Green cardamoms

1 teaspoon of Ground chili

1 teaspoon of Garam masala

1 teaspoon of Cilantro powder

1 teaspoon of Turmeric

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this delicious dish, start by heating a tablespoon of oil in a skillet.

Step 2 : Then, sauté the hard-boiled eggs until golden, then place them in a container and sprinkle ground chili over them.

Step 3 : In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of oil and sauté cumin, bay leaf, cardamom, and clove for one minute.

Step 4 : Next, add the onion and chili, cooking until golden.

Step 5 : Add garlic and ginger, cooking for another two minutes.

Step 6 : Then, add the tomatoes and sauté.

Step 7 : Add ground chili, garam masala, cilantro powder, turmeric, sugar, and salt.

Step 8 : Add a little water to form the sauce and cook for five minutes.

Step 9 : Next, add the eggs to the mixture, cover, and cook for an additional 2 or 3 minutes.

Step 10 : Finally, remove from heat and serve the dish, garnished with chopped cilantro on top.
