In a skillet, heat oil and sauté onions until dark.
Set aside and add more oil, ginger, garlic, meat, salt, chili, cooking until browned.
Add yogurt, tomatoes, garam masala, cilantro, lime, stirring constantly.
Boil rice, set aside, layer rice, meat, onion sauté, saffron, bake for 30 minutes.
Serve with yogurt sauce and chutney.
Lamb Biryani
Ingredients

4 cups of Rice
3 teaspoons of Salt
10 cups of Water
1 kilogram of Lamb
5 tablespoons of Oil
2 Peeled and chopped onions
3 Chopped garlic cloves
1 tablespoon of Grated ginger
2 Chopped green chilies
6 tablespoons of Garam masala
200 milliliters of Yogurt
2 Tomatoes
1 tablespoon of Chopped cilantro
1 Lime
1 teaspoon of Saffron threads
1 teaspoon of Butter
Preparation
Step 1 : In a skillet, heat the oil and sauté the chopped onion until dark.
Step 2 : Then remove and set aside.
Step 3 : In the same skillet, add more oil and sauté ginger and garlic, cooking for a minute.
Step 4 : Add the meat cut into medium pieces, along with salt and chili, cooking for 2-3 minutes or until browned.
Step 5 : Add yogurt, tomatoes, garam masala, cilantro, and lime, cooking and stirring constantly.
Step 6 : Meanwhile, boil rice in salted water, drain, and set aside.
Step 7 : In a greased baking dish, place a layer of rice and on top, a layer of meat.
Step 8 : Spread the onion sauté and a little saffron on top.
Step 9 : Bake at medium heat for 30 minutes.
Step 10 : When serving, you can accompany with yogurt sauce and/or chutney.
