Ingredients

600 grams of lamb meat

6 tablespoons of yogurt

3 chopped garlic cloves

2 teaspoons of garam masala

2 tablespoons of salt

2 teaspoons of butter

1 peeled onion in slices

2 green bell peppers sliced

1 teaspoon of ground black pepper

1 seedless chili peppers

4 grated garlic

2 tablespoons of grated ginger

1 bay leaf

3 teaspoons of garam masala

1 teaspoon of coriander powder

1 teaspoon of cumin

1 teaspoon of ground chili

1 teaspoon of cinnamon

1 cup of beef broth

1 cup of tomato sauce

2 teaspoons of concentrated tomato extract

2 teaspoons of brown sugar

1 tablespoon of lemon juice

1 cup of cream

1 tablespoon of chopped parsley

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this delicious dish, start by mixing in a bowl the 3 chopped garlic cloves with the yogurt, 2 tablespoons of garam masala, and a teaspoon of salt.

Step 2 : Pour this mixture over the lamb meat and let it marinate in the refrigerator for 3 hours.

Step 3 : Then, cook the lamb in the oven at a low temperature.

Step 4 : Meanwhile, in a hot skillet, melt butter and cook the onion and pepper, seasoning them with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 5 : This process will take approximately about 6 minutes.

Step 6 : Next, add the chili, garlic, and ginger to the skillet, sautéing them for a minute.

Step 7 : Then, add the bay leaf, 2 tablespoons of garam masala, coriander, cumin, ground chili, cinnamon, cardamom, clove, nutmeg, and fenugreek.

Step 8 : Stir the mixture and cook for half a minute longer.

Step 9 : Afterward, add the broth, tomato sauce, concentrated tomato extract, sugar, and lemon juice to the skillet.

Step 10 : Allow the sauce to come to a boil and cover the skillet.

Step 11 : Simmer until the vegetables are tender and the sauce has thickened.

Step 12 : Remove the skillet from the heat and add half a teaspoon of garam masala, cream, chopped coriander, and the cooked lamb.

Step 13 : Mix well and serve, optionally accompanied by cooked basmati rice.
