1 tablespoon of Chopped garlic

1 tablespoon of Chopped ginger

1 teaspoon of Cilantro powder

1 teaspoon of Paprika

1 cup of Chopped tomatoes

1 cup of Water

1 Chopped green pepper

1 teaspoon of Garlic paste

1 teaspoon of Cumin

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this dish, first heat a pan with a tablespoon of oil.

Step 2 : Then, sauté chopped onion together with chopped garlic, ginger, cilantro powder, paprika, and turmeric.

Step 3 : When the spices start to release their aromas, add more onions and cook, stirring for 10 minutes.

Step 4 : Next, add the tomatoes, water, and cook on low heat for an hour until the mixture thickens.

Step 5 : Once ready, remove from heat and blend until smooth and homogeneous.

Step 6 : In another pan with oil, sauté again onions, peppers, chopped garlic, ginger, cumin, and cilantro for 10 minutes.

Step 7 : Then, add the previously reserved cream, chicken broth, cinnamon, pepper, vinegar, sugar, paprika, and salt.

Step 8 : Mix well and add the chicken.

Step 9 : Cook the preparation on low heat for about 10 minutes, until the liquid reduces.

Step 10 : Finally, serve the dish garnished with chopped cilantro on top.
