500 grams of spinach

250 grams of paneer

2 tablespoons of grated ginger

2 cayennes

1 teaspoon of cumin

1 tablespoon of turmeric

2 tablespoons of olive oil

1 tablespoon of salt

Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, start by cutting the paneer into cubes.

Step 2 : In a skillet, heat some oil and add the cayennes and cumin.

Step 3 : Once they begin to release their aroma, add the spinach, turmeric, and salt.

Step 4 : Mix all the ingredients and then add water and cover the skillet.

Step 5 : Cook over medium heat until the water has completely evaporated.

Step 6 : Next, add the ginger and mix well.

Step 7 : In another skillet, sear the paneer cubes with a tablespoon of oil and a teaspoon of turmeric.

Step 8 : Once seared, add the cheese to the spinach mixture in the other skillet and stir everything together.
