3 Boiled potatoes

1 tablespoon of Fresh cilantro

1 tablespoon of Salt

1 teaspoon of Ground chili

2 teaspoons of Turmeric

1 tablespoon of Lemon juice

2 Chopped garlic cloves

1 teaspoon of Cumin

1 tablespoon of Grated ginger

100 milliliters of Oil

100 milliliters of Water

100 grams of Chickpea flour

2 tablespoons of Rice flour

1 teaspoon of Ground chili powder

1 teaspoon of Baking soda

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare these delicious potato and chickpea croquettes, start by mixing the flours in a bowl until you get a pancake-like batter.

Step 2 : Then, add the water, lemon juice, ginger, and the rest of the spices, whisking everything until fully integrated.

Step 3 : In a skillet, heat oil and sauté the cumin seeds with the chili, grated ginger, chopped garlic, and turmeric.

Step 4 : Add the chopped cilantro, lemon juice, and salt, then turn off the heat.

Step 5 : Next, shape the mixture into balls and coat them with chickpea flour.
