Ingredients

Kaju barfi

2 cups of Cashews

6 tablespoons of Sugar

2 tablespoons of Butter

1 teaspoon of Ground cardamom

1 cup of Water

Preparation

Step 1 : To start, grind the cashews and then sift them to obtain a fine powder.

Step 2 : Next, in a pan, place the sugar and water, and cook until the sugar is completely dissolved.

Step 3 : Then, add the powdered cashews and continue cooking, stirring constantly until a thicker consistency is reached.

Step 4 : Add the cardamom and butter to the mixture, stir well until a thick dough forms, then turn off the heat.

Step 5 : Grease a mold and place the mixture, shaping it into a ball in the mold.

Step 6 : Stretch the dough to cover the surface well and let it rest in the refrigerator for half an hour.

Step 7 : After the resting time, remove the mixture from the refrigerator, cut it into portions, and serve.
