Pumpkin Curry
Ingredients
1 tablespoon of salt
4 pears
2 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon of curry powder
150 milliliters of heavy cream
1 cup of vegetable broth
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 kilogram of pumpkins

Step 1 : To prepare this delicious pumpkin cream, start by cutting the pumpkin into large pieces and removing the seeds, which should be washed, toasted, and set aside.
Step 2 : Next, place the pumpkin pieces in a baking dish previously brushed with a little water and cook for approximately 40 minutes.
Step 3 : Once ready, remove from the oven, peel, and blend to make a purée.
Step 4 : While the pumpkin cooks, slice the onion into strips, chop the garlic, peel the pears, remove their seeds, and cut them into cubes.
