Ingredients

200 grams of paneer cheese

500 grams of spinach

1 onion

1 tablespoon of grated ginger

4 garlic cloves

1 teaspoon of turmeric

1 tablespoon of ground cumin

1 teaspoon of chili

1 teaspoon of salt

2 tablespoons of oil

Preparation

Step 1 : First, cut the paneer cheese into cubes and set aside.

Step 2 : Then, in a skillet with hot oil, fry the cheese until golden.

Step 3 : Next, boil the spinach for two minutes, drain, and finely chop it.

Step 4 : Then, slice the onion thinly.

Step 5 : Next, chop the garlic and cook it in a skillet with the chopped onions and ginger.

Step 6 : Once the onion is golden, remove from heat.

Step 7 : Add the spices, salt, and spinach to the mixture.

Step 8 : Mix well and cook for 6 minutes.

Step 9 : Then, add the paneer, stir, and cook until the water is absorbed.

Step 10 : Finally, serve the dish.

Step 11 : If desired, it can be accompanied with white rice.
