Urad Dal

Then, chop the onion and garlic cloves, and finely cut the green chili, as well as peel and dice the tomatoes.

In a saucepan, heat the olive oil and cook the chopped onion for 5 minutes, stirring constantly to prevent burning.

Next, add the garlic, ginger, chili, and garam masala, and cook for another two minutes.

Later, add the green curry and cook for another 2 minutes.

Then, add the tomato and cook for an additional 4 minutes.

Afterward, add the lentils to the mixture and cover with water.

Let cook over low heat for about 45 minutes.

Once ready, incorporate the coconut milk, lime juice, and mustard seeds.
