1 cup of plain yogurt

6 tablespoons of chickpea flour

1 teaspoon of ground turmeric

4 tablespoons of olive oil

5 cloves

2 bay leaves

1 teaspoon of ground black pepper

1 teaspoon of mustard seeds

1 teaspoon of cumin

1 teaspoon of ground chili

1 teaspoon of hot paprika

1 lemon

1 tablespoon of salt

1 teaspoon of chopped cilantro

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, mix the yogurt with chickpea flour and turmeric in a bowl.

Step 2 : It's important to add a cup of water and mix until you obtain a creamy consistency.

Step 3 : In a skillet, heat olive oil along with turmeric and cloves.

Step 4 : When it starts to smell fragrant, add the yogurt and water mixture.

Step 5 : Stir and cook for 2 minutes.

Step 6 : Then, add salt and a little lemon juice, continuing to cook while stirring.

Step 7 : Once the mixture boils, cook for another 10 minutes, stirring constantly, and add paprika, cumin, and ground chili.

Step 8 : Finally, remove from heat and serve topped with chopped cilantro.
